The Falls

707 Courtney St, Vi Downtown

Split into two towers with 13,000 sq ft of connecting commercial space, The Falls will add yet another touch of elegance and innovative design to the revitalized lower Douglas St. neighbourhood. When completed in 2009, The Falls will boast 155 luxurious units divided between the 18-story northwest tower and the 13-story southeast tower. Commercial space at the base of the building will house a HSCB bank branch and a restaurant. The buildings feature a well stocked fitness center and amenity room, an outdoor swimming pool with a large poolside lounge area, secure access and extraordinary views. Many terraces face the Inner Harbour offering unparalleled views of the Sooke Hills and unforgettable sunsets over the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

Victoria’s Downtown is the most rapidly growing neighbourhood in the city. New residents of all ages are attracted to the area’s rich historic character and its vibrant waterfront. The downtown has a thriving arts, culture and entertainment district combined with an impressive variety of dining and shopping choices, all within easy walking distance. The Royal BC Museum and Chinatown (Canada’s oldest) are perennial attractions for visitors and residents alike. The neighbourhood also hosts celebrated landmarks like the Empress Hotel, provincial Parliament Buildings and the Royal and McPherson Theatres.
